Tickets will be mailed if we receive your payment and reservation by Friday, September 2nd.

Tickets purchased after September 2nd will be available at will call the day of the event.

Patron Party

The Patron Party sponsored by Windsor Court Hotel is Monday, September 19, 2011, 6:00– 8:00 pm.

Awards Luncheon

The Awards Luncheon is at the Roosevelt Hotel on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, 11:00 am – 1:30 pm.


11:00 am – Noon: Preview and sale of glass, ceramic and wood artwork by top local artists, with 25% of proceeds to benefit the Arts Council. Lunch and awards ceremony begins at Noon. Sale of artwork is ongoing.

Acknowledgement Deadline

To be acknowledged in the Arts Awards program, your reply must be received by September 9th, 2011.
